Join the City of Durham Planning & Development Department for a briefing and Q&A on the new combined Site Plan–Construction Drawings (SP/CD) review process, which becomes required for all new development projects in the City of Durham on November 1, 2026.
The process was developed over the past year in coordination with HBA DOC to streamline development review. City staff will walk through how the merged process works and what applicants need to know before launch.
