Event Description:
The HBA invites new home builders and other industry professionals from other markets to spend a day judging our beautiful entries. A local accounting firm tallies the scores and we announce the winners at our Parade Awards Event on October 7 (details TBA).
Parade Builders will receive details on Judging Day via email. Homes need to be open 9 am and remain open until TWO SETS OF JUDGES have toured the home. If you have any questions, email julie@hbadoc.com.
The Parade of Homes in Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties is proud to be a part of the Triangle Parade of Homes event. The Parade of Homes is an annual, free self-guided tour that is open to the public. It is the best way to view the newest homes and communities throughout the Triangle.
