Event Description:
The 2015 Parade of Homes takes place October 3-4, 9 - 11, & 16-18, Noon - 5 pm. Please note this includes Fridays the last two weekends!

If you would like to be added to the Parade of Homes email mailing list, please let us know!
Location:
Any newly constructed home located in Durham, Orange & Chatham (DOC), built by a member company of the Home Builders Association of DOC, is eligible to be in the Parade. The home must be unoccupied and available for touring all 3 weekends of the Parade. If the home sells before the Parade, we will make a notation in the book if time allows and provide you with signage indicating the home is not open to the public. If your home in incomplete when Parade starts, it is up to the Builder to provide adequate signage indicating the home is not open to the public.
Date/Time Information:
Homes will be open each day from Noon - 5 pm.

Fees/Admission:
The Parade of Homes is FREE to the public. Participants can see just one home or every home on the tour. We encourage people to pick up their Parade of Homes tour guide a week before the parade begins, determine where they would like to start and see the homes they are interested in seeing.
