In this two-day course, you will learn how to apply green building practices in the construction of a new home, remodel, site development or multi-family project. With a focus on flexibility and a sound knowledge base and cost-effective solutions, the course provides the tools for a successful green project including a review of the ICC 700-2012 National Green Building Standard.
As a graduate of this course, you will learn:
· How to integrate sound building science principles with design decisions and the material selection process
· How to evaluate and sell in this growing & evolving green marketplace
· Incorporate the National Green Building Standard into projects
· Examine specific best building practices throughout each chapter of the National Green Building Standard
