Don't have a spec home or model that will be ready for the Parade of Homes? Consider entering a Sold & Occupied home.

Sold and Occupied Homes may be entered in the Parade AND Judged. If the homeowner agrees, you may enter a home built within the last year that is (or will be) sold and occupied during the Parade of Homes. The home must be open and available for judging on Thursday, September 29. The home will be included in the Parade book and website BUT will have a starburst indicating that the home is not available for viewing during the Parade of Homes. If the homeowner agrees to having the home open one or more days of the Parade of Homes, we can add a note on the website page.

The Parade of Homes in Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties is proud to be a part of the Triangle Parade of Homes event. The Parade of Homes is an annual, free self-guided tour that is open to the public. It is the best way to view the newest homes and communities throughout the Triangle.
