Event Description:
Due to Covid-19, we are not having our annual Kickoff Party. We are inviting Parade Builders to come to the Sign Pickup Dinner.
Builders are invited to come to the beautiful Chatham Park community, tour a home or two and enjoy a complimentary boxed meal outside. This is where builders get their 4' x 4' yard signs, directional signs and box of books. Please drive a vehicle that can accommodate a 4' x 4' sign!
The Parade of Homes in Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties is proud to be a part of the Triangle Parade of Homes event. The Parade of Homes is an annual, free tour that is open to the public and is the best way to view the newest homes and the newest communities throughout the Triangle. The 2020 Parade of Homes will be held on September 26-27, October 2-4, & 9-11.
